RESTART PROGRAM UC

ATM OCT 2023 . Been off work due to back issuie scatica . HAD MRI scan & back operation been ruled out under getting treatnment for it ongoing by orphopedics dept ref TO PAIN CLINIC TREATNMENT AWAIT APPOINTMENT . FAILED uc50 wca MR REVEIW lodged appeal with TRIBUNRAL , DWP have to 6th nov to reply , CURRENT FIT NOTE TO 6 NOV . AFTER i failed MR reveiw 2 oct ORPHOPEDICS DIGANOISED sterosis as cause off my issue . CANT stand , walk mobilise more 20 meteres with aid stick , stand more 1-2 minuites . CANT self propel wheel chair as triggers back pain discomfort exhaustion . REPORT CHANGE health on journal 2nd oct , STERSOIS . HAD mouthly UC , COACH by phone appointment tue 24 oct . HE SAYS might have to go througth UC50 again as new / worseing condition . ALSO he has booked POSSABLE hand over appoitnment RESTART Course 3 way phone 31 oct . HOWEVER restart building is in restrictted pedestrian zone WALKING acess only no on site parking . NEREST bus stop over 60 meteres + plus away I CANT GET there by car or within my 20 meteres mobilise range . ATM dont have blue badgde. COACH is aaware this . ALL he said was & coach from job centre myself SEETEC- PLUSS RESTART have telephone talk they might reject me for restart course . BUT IF accepted will need face to face appoitnments but cant get there . (A) BUT 2010 equality diversity act ( GOV.CO.UK GUIDE on restart scheme 1.41/ 1.42/ 2.08 . REASONABLE ADJUSTNMENTS IN WORK PLACE . IF participent has disability mobilise issues cant attend face to face which i cant . THEN REASONABLE ADJUSTNMENT WILL APPLY . IE i want be expected to attend face to face appoitnments however RESTART will be done over the phone / over internet digi applied . ATM MY COMMITINMENTS LOG IN JOURNAL OFTEN , DO ALL ON DO LIST , REPORT CHANGES . I NO WORK COMMITINMENTS IE APPLY / LOOK 4 WORK . PERSONALLY short term sort my back issuie & mobility out with help NHS , . LONG term go back to job i was doing driving via EMPLOYNTMENT (AGY) . MY last payed work APRIL 2023 MAY payntment / UC earned over (AET) LIMIT SINCCE CLAIM FULL STANDARD UC& HOUSING ELETNMENT . ACCORDING TO MY UNTION REP DWP/ UC targetting like myself 55- 64 yr olds with disabilitys on to RESTART SCEME ANY thoughts or comments CAN handle over the phone / internet RESTART but until my mobilise inproves with ongoing treatnment ????. CANT go do face/to/face

JUST seems crazy big joke . That 1s u been on UC for 29 days or more supplied fit notes . THEN u had WCA failed wca mr failed . THEN u awaiting TRIBUNRAL DATE & DWP replying to tribunral . UC/ DWP want except fit notes as proof u unfit for work or LCWRA . DESPPITE its spechialist option back up mri scan results . WERES wca was young nurse age 23 only been nurse 18 mouths lol. over phone assetnment . HOW can DWP go on flawed asseors report ????. YET you have uptodate fit note . WE can assume if DISABILTY WHITE PAPER goes ahead 2025 things going get lot worse for FOLK 55- 65 with disabiltys ?????. EVEN more us be bullied , forced back to work via DWP , RE START SCHEME .
