I had no points 2016 then a tribunal awarded 4 then 2019 when I reapplied I had 10 points at this point I had a autism diagnosis but what does that psychological distress ruling mean should I have had 10 not 4 points previously and even though 4 was tribunal dwp was no points and didn't get any mobilty
I am also currently trying to get dwp to understand that I have same issues with familiar as unfamiliar journeys the only journey is going to work from home and can't fully hear traffic takes twice as long and nearly run over twice this month the roundabouts a major issue
It is always very frustrating not getting what you had hoped for at a tribunal. My understanding of the psychological distress ruling, as your claim was decided by a tribunal then it does not apply to your claim.
Quite often it is how you have worded your application, I would advise you to seek help from a Welfare Rights Organisation who will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration; advicelocal.uk
