i recently had my latest PIP assessment at the start of this year and received my new award.
this month i got married and i did read citizens advice as to whether i have to inform the DWP of this, but it does not note marriage.
i did contact them and they said the recommend informing them of any changes but that if i feel all details are correct on my claim and will not trigger an overpayment then it’s ok?
This is a decision that you will have to make for yourself. It doesn't affect your PIP claim, but it might affect your household budget if you or your spouse receive any other benefits.
