Hi, I submitted my review back in May 2023. I've had text messages to confirm receipt, but still nothing further. I've never had to wait so long, is this 'normal' atm?
Six months is a long wait, but we have some members who have waited up to a year and a couple of people who had to wait eighteen months. You can always ring them and ask the current status of your claim.
