UC85 was created by Jayjay
Hi,
My wife had UC capability assessment on 04/12 and we only got to Q3 on the descriptors when assessor stated I have everything I need and don't need to ask about the other questions.
Assessor rushed through and overall took maybe 20 minutes. The assessor said they only needed to focus on the fibromyalgia as this was the most debilitating illness.
Is this normal and how long before UC85 form is ready? How do we access it?
Thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Jayjay
You ask if it is normal, I would say not but we have heard about this happening to other forum members, they may just wanted to clarify a few bits of information.
In regards to your question about applying for a UC85, you need to wait for a decision to have been made before you can apply for a UC85.
To access a UC85, you can put your request on your journal or contact the UC helpline, personally I would do both.

J
I have seen this before.
WCA assessors are not required to continue with the assessment once they have decided that a Support Group/LCWRA Descriptor is met.
