Regarding PIP, if reporting an improvement in condition results in reward/payment being reduced, is the reduction from the time DWP was informed or from when the date of the review’s decision is made?

Hi Glimpy123

The reduction will be from when you inform the DWP of the improvement. A slight caveat would be if a claimant told the DWP their condition had improved six months ago - in which case the DWP would most likely try to claw back money as they should have been informed earlier.
