My friends pip runs out May 2025, they have just received a text saying the review has started and to expect a letter in the next 2 weeks. Is this normal? We're 18 months away?
The DWP used to send out review forms up to a year before the award end date, but during the pandemic, they started to send out some up to a year and a half before the end date - so that's eighteen months. Some of our members have started to receive them this early.
