PIP Telephone Review & Form was created by max7months
Hello! So I have my PIP Review Next week after 5 years. After MR & got Lower rate personal.
I’m. Very anxious! Just looking at my photo copied Review Form I’ve noticed the pages aren’t in order so it goes
5/24 then 11/24 15/24 16/24
Missing out any info on.
Toilet needs
Washing & bathing.
Why would this not of been included in the Award Review? As I have had points for these 2 things last time!
I’ve only just noticed as it was a year ago when I filled it out. As I’m sure the assessor will ask me all these things. It was on original PIP, but not on review form. Seems strange. Any advice, would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou :)

Hi max7months

I am struggling to read your post, when you say that your PIP Review will be next week, are we talking about an assessment?

Your PIP review form would include all the elements, why you have some missing we do not know, you need to contact DWP and ask.

Hi, thanks for your reply Gary.

Yes it’s a telephone call on Thursday 1st Feb
It’s a pip review assessment.
The pip review form was sent back over a year ago.
Only just got a letter ( a year later for review)
I photo copied my review form & only just noticed. Nothing about
Toilet needs
Washing bathing
Dressing.
Pages are random.
Unfortunately, I didn’t notice at the time, as my mom was very poorly & had come from hospital to home to pass :(
So I filled the form in, probably not the best! And never realised those questions weren’t in the review! So confusing now. As assessor won’t have that information ( that’s if they even read it beforehand)
Thanks again
