You can talk about anything relevant to your PIP application and the questions. Both the menopause and obesity can be treated as disabilities under the Equality Act but it's not the medical conditions themselves that are most important when it comes to PIP. It is how those conditions impact your daily living and/or mobility against the specific criteria. So have a read through the PIP Guide to claims and appeals and see where they will be relevant.
