hi i passed the LCRWA Medical in January and have applied for pip, as pip is about how your disability affects you , would you advice, attaching a copy of the report page,, in with pip claim, regarding only Description of functional abilty , or a copy of the full report, Or not bother putting either, i wuld be grateful for your advice Thank you

You can but be aware are the are few significant overlaps between the two benefits, there is a document in the PIP area comparing the two.
