I receive housing element of UC for 1 bedroom however I need to apply for it to cover my 2nd bedroom for my carer (mum). I’ve looked everywhere I can think of (including council website, universal credit website, citizens advice, various benefits and disability sites) but find no definitive criteria nor even who to apply to. I live in England. Any pointers gratefully received:)
