My GP practice allows patients to view their full Patient Record through their online account.
Could I take screenshots of GP notes from appointments, prescriptions and sicknotes and use it as evidence for my PIP claim?
The sick notes were from last year (the last one is dated November 2023). Would these sick notes still be useful to use as evidence? I was off sick for the same reasons that I am claiming PIP now, but I haven't needed to get any more sick notes recently. The last prescription is from this month though.
You should include any information that you think might aid your claim but be aware, that PIP does not directly consider your ability to work, so the Fit Notes will be of limited value.
