Hello! Since sending back my PIP review form, I've received the 'We still have your PIP form and will be progressing your review as soon as we can' texts every 84 days. Following this pattern, I should have received one on 3rd April 2024 (8 days ago), and didn't. Does this mean my review is progressing behind the scenes/that my review has actually started now? Or do these texts sometimes just randomly not come/take longer than usual? I don't want to get my hopes up that they're actually assessing me now! Thanks.
You can't assume anything about the texts. Some people get texts, and others don't. Some people get regular updates, and some receive only one. It appears to be a completely random process. Sorry.
