Thank you.

I am wondering if the applicant will need to go through another health assessment if changing from UC to
NS ESA, if they have already been awarded the LCWRA.

Would the LCWRA become entry into the Support Group automatically within the NS ESA.

Hi JJ

I cannot think why they would have to have another WCA as they already have one.

I have not come across a claimant on UC then applying for CB ESA, it is usually the other way round. It will be dependant on their NI contributions.
