I'm really sorry. It's so interesting how they think they know better than those involved in his care! I'm sorry you have to fight on - but glad you're going to do so.

Anji, I know you’re not supposed to be able to lodge an appeal until you get the MR, but DWP allowed me to to do this on the phone as I didn’t get the letter either. I did however ask them to add a note to my file saying further evidence would follow as I there was too much to go into on the phone.
I also complained to Capita about the assessment, & now DWP have said they want me to have another assessment. Of course I want the extra points, but I don’t want to lose my existing points.
Strange times indeed, where the rules can change at any time & it certainly doesn’t benefit us.
