I have pip enhanced afor daily living and enhanced for mobility. this was a long award and not due for review until 2028.
I havent been able to drive for a number of years but now i feel able to do this. do I need to inform DWP ? when I was assessed was not driving. I have informed the DVLA of my condition .
Do I need to let the dwp know of this as well as the DVLA as Im concered this will trigger a sooner review.
The question you need to ask yourself is whether your medical condition has improved as per the PIP criteria and whether you need to inform the DWP. Only you know the answer to that.
