So sorry to hear this Annie - I was hoping you'd be lucky, too. In our case, the same man did call next day, but he only called the first time to make an appointment.

Perhaps when you get the bundle of papers you will be in a better position to prepare yourself for a tribunal, especially with the help of the Mods here. That was what I was planning to do anyway.
