In answer to your question, yes you would still get your CB ESA and PIP as they are not dependant on any means tested benefits such as UC.

Hello this is Susan

I too was transferred to UC I found the Citizens advice have got there own team for Universal credit problems, I found them very helpful and put me on the right path it is very confusing and stressful hope this helps Susan
