We just have our complaint against Capita to deal with now... I was thinking about this and if Capita do acknowledge it was below the expected standard whether we can tell the DWP and ask that it is not used for any future assessments??

If the complaint is upheld - I would certainly inform the DWP and say that it should not be included inn future reviews. Whether they will take any notice - who knows - but at least it will be on record and when the review comes around you can specifically tell them not to look at that report.
