ESA change in circumstances was created by Cadno
Hi. Can the DWP claim an overpayment back if someone has already notified them twice in writing of a new pension payment? Proof of signed for postage and copies of the two letters already sent to them have been sent again to prove they were informed back in January when the pension started. The second letter was sent in May due to no response. This is annoying as it is due to a DWP mistake that the overpayment has occurred, they still state it is due to a delay in me notifying them. Thanks
