I sent in an MR 10 days ago, I was expecting the text message “we have received your mandatory reconsideration”, however heard nothing. I sent my MR and medical evidence recorded delivery.
Just called the PIP helpline and after asking for an update, the person I spoke to said we have received your MR but we will haven’t registered it.
Why would I need to call them to register an MR I’ve already posted 10 days ago?
Does anyone know why they haven’t registered it until I called them? Sounds very strange.
