l am currently receiving Employment & Support Allowance (ESA) and l am in the support group and the shift to Universal Credit is now set to happen much earlier than initially scheduled and there is now a Managed Migration of legacy ESA/ESA & HB cases to Universal Credit..
Can you give some guidance on when exactly will l get a migration letter and any guidance on what to do when l get the letter.
Thank you for your question, unfortunately we cannot tell you when you will receive the migration letter as we don't know which ESA you are in receipt of, there are 3 types.
