I have been told that the advice agency cannot offer me an appointment for help completing my UC50 til after the deadline to return it. I messaged my work coach who said thatI need to contact the Functional assessment service who have taken over this week but she doesn't know a number to call. Who should I call! I have to return to Bristol. Thanks
