I received the same text today, even though I have not had an assessment either in person or telephoner, so was interested on what it could mean. So thank you for the question & the reply but it would have been nice to have a good or bad decision in the text

The text means that they have made a paper-based decision. They do not put in texts what the outcome is. Everyone receives decisions by letter.
