I have finally applied for UC over the telephone (Got the dreaded managed migration letter with the time limit about having to move from legacy benefits ESA support group to UC)
I completed this on Friday and I am having an appointment for an ‘identity check’ this week.
Like most other people on here, I am nervous and stressed out about the whole process.
My question is: I currently have approx £300 outstanding from a social fund loan I received while on ESA and this is being deducted from my ESA and will be finished on the 21/11. Will this impact me from being accepted for a UC advance loan?
Sorry to be so long winded but I hope someone can please help. I don’t want to have to call UC again.
