Hi Im appealing my ESA decision and have been told to send a backdated fit note, so I can still receive an ESA payment. I was wondering where do I send this fit note? I live in the Liverpool area, if this helps. Thanks
You need to send your fit note to the address on your letter from DWP, when you send it, write you name and National insurance on the note and send it by recorded delivery, don't send the original, send a copy.
