Hi Moderators,

I launched an appeal with the tribunal, I just need to check if I can submit audio recording of the health assessment call as an evidence please? as the report generated by Capita health professional is inconsistent with the discussion I had. Just wanted to check if I can upload this recording as a evidence before hearing.

Hi MJ

They won't transcribe an audio file, and they need to give all three-panel members a copy as well as the DWP. You have to submit a complete transcribed copy of the audio file as well as the audio file.
