Hi everyone

I have recived text message for telephone consultation appointment for my pip review.

Could please explain me :-

1. Is this consultation similar to the face to face medical assessment i had when i claim pip? Will I face similar questioning?

2. Is there any guide for preparing for review telephone consultation? Or shall I use the guide for preparing face to face medical assessment?

Hi Yesuf

Apologies for not having answered your post before now.

1. I'm not sure what this particular wording means. I would have expected them to use the word "assessment" - so I'm not sure whether they want to clarify issues on your form or whether it is their wording for assessment.

2. In the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews look at pages to 107 - 118 and you will learn about what sorts of questions you may be asked. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip
