NS ESA and pension was created by pauls1
I am on NS ESA so not income related , I was wondering if I am allowed to draw a lump sum from my pension , I haven't started Drawing anything from my pension at all so far

As far as New Style ESA is concerned capital and lump sums are disregarded.

Thanks ...do you know if you can take more than one payment or is it just the 25%
For example could I take so much this year then so much next year without it affecting anything

As far as DWP capital rules are concerned there isn't a 25% figure but that may apply to other organisations.
