Hi, Its been 7 weeks since I had my WCA telephone assessment. I've not heard anything back from them yet, should I call and find out why i've not heard anything back yet?
I would expect you to hear within 6 - 8 weeks - but that is not a given. Unfortunately, if you want to know when to expect a reply, you can only ring and ask.
