Pip review done

Hi, my husband has just had a text to say his review has been completed but it doesn’t say whether he will continue getting it and they say not to ring to ask but to wait for their decision letter. Does anyone know whether this is usual or whether it is a bad sign? I want to be prepared to do a MR if needs be. Also you used to be able to ring Pip and an automated service would say your next payment, we tried today but it just seemed to want to connect us to speak to someone. Has anyone else had this experience? Or should we have hung on longer to see if there was an option the …? Would appreciate your thoughts

I recently had the same text. I waited a couple of days and phoned and asked what the decision was. They told me over the phone and the letter turned up a few days later.
