ESA TO UC Worried plase advise me was created by marieukxx
I have my letter to do it by march. I am currently in the ESA support group. I'm sure I read here someone had ticked the wrong thing and was called into the Jobcentre. I can't find that thread. They said what to tick. My friend did his and despite being in the suppport group he got a telephone interview plus he's been asked to got to the jobcentre for another inteview and to bring 3 forms of ID. Now I am stressed out worrying. Should this happen to those in the support group?

Hi marieukxx,
Have a read of this recommendation from another Forum member.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/kunena/10-dla-...aged-migration-to-uc
You will find the Citizens Advice Help to Claim phone number on page 2 of your Managed Migration letter and I think it would be a good idea to make use of the service.
Let me know how you get on

I read it so I assume I will have to ask for telephone interview. I thought those in the support group didn't need to do this

Hi marieukxx
Unfortunately you will have to agree a Universal Credit claimant commitment which you can ask to be conducted over the phone.

Thank you. Will I get sent the UC50 form for migrations or just asked the questions over the phone. I see the guide sample pages should I prep using those? I am very forgetful and need to refer to notes due to a form of early dementia.

Hi marieukxx
As you are already in the Support Group you will not be sent a form UC50.
Did you read the recommendation for using Citizens Advice Help to Claim that I supplied the link for in my previous post ? Anyway here is the link again, let me know how you get on.
