Once again I did not receive my £19 Christmas Bonus. Last year I called PIP and got told they don’t back pay it as they hadn’t paid me this in many years ! I immediately got laid my 2023 Christmas Bonus. Then a few weeks later, to my surprise I was Paid all these missing payments. I do honestly wonder sometimes if the DWP Staff know their Rules !
