I'm still wondering does the option to rearrange once get carried over to my in person appointment (now granted, I'm told)? Or have I lost this option in asking for the in person appointment?

I don't yet know when the face to face will be.

Hope this makes sense, stress takes it's toll.

I understand what you're asking, but it's a question we can't answer for you. As you changed the 'type of assessment' - I would expect you to be able to change the date once - but I am not the person making that decision. You need to ask the DWP
