I’m doing my UC claim after migration notice from ESA & HB.
The form asks if I’ve been abroad in past 2 years. I have but for less than 4 weeks. I did not tell DWP when I was going, could I be sanctioned for not doing this historically?
The answer to your question is No. The question relates to the sift for the UC Habitual Residency Test. When you answer the further questions regarding the length of your time abroad the matter will conclude.
