PIP review completed.

I received a text this morning my PIP review is completed. Took 8 months. Now I have a wait for the letter with the decision that gives some anxiety. I didn't have an assessment, I don't know if the is positive or negative as I imagine it is a paper review. Anybody had a positive decision with a paper review. I was diagnosed with spinal arthritis last week and was hoping to add that to my review on top of my Parkinson's and COPD. If I inform the DWP of the spinal arthritis will it trigger another review. I don't know if I want to go through months of worry again. It would be something if I need to do a reconsideration to add. Sorry of this post repeats because I got a message to wait 60 seconds before posting another post.
