I am currently on ESA Support group and have not had the migratory notice yet. Does anyone how often people are reviewed for assessment on Universal Credit if in the LCWRA group? On the Support group for ESA it was everyone one to three years. Was just wondering how long it is likely to be for UC. (Appreciate this is a guess but some idea might help.)

Hi axab43

Just a word first about terminology, the DWP use the work Assessment Period to refer to the monthly payment cycle of a Universal Credit claim.
As far as assessments of the LCWRA status by a DWP medical the DWP won't admit that they have been put on hold for the last couple of years but anecdotally that appears to be the case. Also keep an eye on the News section of BenefitsandWork as we are expecting announcements relating to Benefits reform in March.
