Hi, I need to get my GP to write a letter for me so I can send for my MR. Ive heard that it shouldn't be about mentioning the conditions, because they already have that evidence. So I just wanted to ask, when I ask my GP for a letter, how do I word it, what I am requesting. ? Regards Zena
My advice would be for you to make an appointment with your GP even a phone one. You can then discuss the salient issues remembering that GP's aren't familiar with DWP rules.
Let me know how you get on. David
