will i get a review moving over to Universal credit was created by scottishlemonade
i am moving over to universal credit from employment and support allowance the migration way , i last review was in 2019 do you know if i will get another review when i move over to universal credit, i stay in scotland

Hi scottishlemonade

The UC Managed Migration process is completely separate from medical reviews and the WCA. Anecdotally it appears that the DWP have suspended reviews for claimants in the Support/ LCWRA for a couple of years and when they do eventually resume their will be a backlog. There is an announcement expected on Benefits by the Chancellor on the 26 March.
