I get esa income based and pips .I get sdp for living alone and no one claiming carers allowance for me .can a partner stay in my home at weekend or do I have to report this to dwp

It is complicated and the full rules are in paragraph 6 of the ESA regs. I would recommend you get personal Benefits advice on this matter.
