Beware of pip line and call handlers wrong behaviour. (dirty tricks)
trying to get extension for form.
got cut off 3 times, one in call twice waiting.
got through 4th time, asked me security questions, then as soon as i said got cut off 3 times previously the call handler then asked me more security questions and then said i failed them and would have to call back. waited over 40 mins.
wont say how i feel about it, and they shut at 5 i think. so wont get through today.
