We recvd the HMCTS decision notice in post ~ 7 days after the hearing. the Paperwork states that if i want a Stm of reasons i need to put the request in writing in post .
26 Sept I got onto the HMCTS webchat to ask for the correct email to make my request.
6 Oct i followed up on webchat to make sure my request was being dealt with. I was told the request has been passed onto the judge.
For the record of proceedings there was a bit of 'to and fro ' bec of incorrect guidance by previous advisors and a technical glitch with the HNCTS portal. eventually i was able to access the hearing case online and download both decision notice and record of proceeding mp3 file.
