Lies

They took away mobility completely even though I had it for less mobility the last time. The also gave me lower care which was on before.

My phone assessment was ok but the report was full of discrepancies. I complained to capita who stood by it.

I had assessment in October. Got letter today.

I phoned them a few weeks ago because I had heard nothing and they said waiting drs report. I phoned my dr and he lost the form. I said To pip and they said it’s ok to e make a decision without it. I said I would prefer not as I have report and it is not correct. They took the assessors score and that was it

She said I don’t take anti anxiety meds and I take sertaline , biquell and antripline. This is astounding to me
Nothing about confirmed arthritis or nerve pain in foot for which I am referred to hospital. Waiting on letters.

I also have hair pulling and have no hair left. I don’t leave the house much.

She said I can walk more than 100 meters and I can’t. I am on naproxen and co codomal for pain and it’s useless

How when I listed all this out did she just lie ? I can’t understand. Thanks x

The DWP outsources a lot of its bullying and lying to private companies that do it well. Wherever there is human suffering you will find Capita, Serco, .. sniffing around looking for a piece of the action.

Keep fighting, waste their time and then get your money. And then consider making a complaint and take the fight to them, and waste more of their time. Never give up. Make sure that they learn the lesson that if they come for you then they know there will be consequences for them too. You can do it. We can all do it.

It happened to me twice they reduced my mobility award from high to standard and I won it back on MR.
I told them that the only person who is an expert in how my condition affects me is me and not a random assessor who said that I could perform activities that I had clearly stated I could not do them to a safe and reliable standard.
