Hi once again apologies if this has been dealt with elsewhere but Parkinson's seems to have reduced my ability/willpower to search for things like i used to do.. Parkinson’s also means that
Typing is slow and painful and I may misspell and/or leave typos.

So i am completing the managed migration to UC form online and having done all the to do lists now want to do 2 things !

.1 add some additional healht iissues . At the moment when i go through the check list to sifn off on the to do list. When i click the box that Health
Robin Furst has a health condition that restricts their ability to work or look for work.

See full Healthdetails (opens in new tab)

Are these Healthdetails correct?

Yes

No, change this

if i click on no change thdi i get this

What you tell us about your health: Robin Furst
Your health conditions
Do you have any illnesses, disabilities or ongoing conditions?

Yes
Tell us what conditions you have
Name of condition 1

Phone fear

only 1 condition is listed rather than the many that i have itemised

2. register that my. friend has complex needs ie she has a fear of speaking on the phone, fear of public transport, chronic fatigue, PTSD around going to the toilet etc.

And i cant yet find any overview of the relationship between the to do list and the journal ..

David - your advice re CAB was spot on. I had a brilliant online session with an advisor then followed up my a long email from the same person.

What a wondeful resource - they made the whole thing so much less scary and so much more manageable.
