Is it really case thatbuf you are not eligible for PIP then you won't get UC? Not everyone who can't work for health reasons fet PIP.

Hi smc
No it isn't the case that if someone was denied PIP they wouldn't get UC.

If they are removing WCA then can you still get UC on health grounds?

Hi smc
The short answer is yes, although we are not yet told how it will work out.

Thank you! Reading all the stuff that has been said online, in the news etc.....you'd think that unless you get PIP there is no UC for health reasons. Will be interesting to see how they do it.
