Hi
Our pip tribunal is next week. On the website, it says it’s in Luton (3 hours away!), but when we phoned to check, they said it was a video call online, the panel are just based in Luton.
Has anyone else had this experience?
I’m paranoid the person on the phone got it it wrong and that it WILL be in Luton! We’ve had no letters for confirm the date or location. We will phone again.

Hi Mitch,
Not me personally, but maybe some of our other members have. I would keep a note of what you were told and when - and hopefully it'll reflect a video call, but if not, then I would launch a formal complaint, in relation to being lied too, should this turn out to be the case.

Hi Mitch,
Yes this is normal! Presumably you have you been give video joining instructions? If it definitely says video, then this should be via video. Video hearings can be held anywhere, often many,many miles away from where you would ordinarily go in your area.
