I'm going through my pip review process at the moment. I missed two unexpected calls from the dwp medical assessors on Friday. They called again today (monday) I picked up and they hung up on me. I'm so stressed and confused to what's going on. Why would they hang up on me if they are trying to contact me?
I'm sorry this happened to you. I can't tell you why they hung up, but it is unlikely to be anything to do with you; it is more likely an issue on their end. If you have a number for them - you can try and contact them, or I'm afraid you will have to wait until they try again.

Thanks, I'm so upset, I called them and they said they were doing paper based and just needed to ask a couple more questions and would call me again. They asked when was best and I said afternoons. They didn't call again and now want me to do a 9am video assessment.
