Hi. Have received notice to migrate to UC. I have many serious health conditions and under ESA I always wrote details of how my conditions impacted my health on additional sheets of paper as my health needs are complex. My question is - Can you have these written on paper and upload this additional information to your UC Account when completing UC online. Is it not possible to do UC 50 forms that are in printed form and post them.
