Access to work payments, esa/uc was created by cbrad
Does anyone know a manager my relative can complain to regarding access to work payments not being issued.
The problem is that every time they have phoned and waited for hours for an answer they are told that the payments are ready to be issued but there is nobody with authority to issue them and to try again tomorrow, this has been going on work weeks. The area they live in is Irlam, Manchester.
Without getting these payments soon then they would have to give up the work and return to ESA/UC, which is against the government’s policy.
It’s all very frustrating.
Thank you if you can help or advise.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Many thanks David for providing contact details.
Arrears of access to work payments now received. Apparently a box was ticked that meant all payments had to be manually checked and nobody was doing that, all future payments should be done automatically. This has taken over 3 months to sort out, why are dwp so slow.
Thank you from my relative who is very happy.
