Quick question. I am migrating from ESA to UC (got a migration letter). On the online claim form it says 'Who lives with you?' I do not have children so i can tick no children. Then it says i have no other people living with me. I live with my elderly retired dad. Does he count? And, where/how do i fill that in on the claim form?
